I received this wonderful package full of gifts from my sweet friend, Dawn, for my birthday!
She sent me a stitched heart which she incorporated into a homemade birthday card, a matching set of notebook, notepads, and pens, and one of her homemade thread dividers with a bunny in the center. Dawn, a big, sincere, heartfelt thank you to you for all your caring, thoughtfulness and most of all your friendship.
