This is a freebie design from 'The Dance factory" site. Not sure how I found it, but there are a series of 8 different ballerinas in different dance positions. I used 28 count Monaco evenweave stitched 1/1 with silk and cotton threads. Embellished with tiny pale pink glass beads for her ballet slippers, and a cute bow and some lace.
